This presentation focuses on CSA S16 and its Annex P, which outlines inspection requirements for structural steel construction. It will begin with an overview of Annex P, followed by the significance of inspections in steel construction. Key provisions of Annex P will be detailed, showcasing procedures and real-world case studies. Challenges encountered in implementing these inspections will also be discussed, along with strategies to overcome them.
