Return & Refund Policy:

Physical Products

Your physical purchases have been shipped in boxes for their added protection. Publications are also plastic wrapped and barcoded.

Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days from time of purchase provided the product is in its original condition, has not been opened or unwrapped from its original plastic protective packaging, and has its unique barcode still attached and in its original and machine readable condition.

Returns will be inspected prior to any refund. Products that are damaged, have been opened or repacked will be disposed at the warehouse with no refund.

A customer wishing to return a product must arrange and pay for the return shipping. All shipping, handling and restocking charges along with any initial shipping costs under any “free shipping” promotion will be deducted from the refund.

Note, the return shipping address will be provided after contact. Returns and refunds will not be processed at CISC offices.

All shipping, handling and restocking charges along with any initial shipping costs will be deducted from the refund of any products returned to inventory due to incorrect shipping or contact information.

Non-Physical Products

Purchases of electronic/digital online or downloadable documents, access to forums, courses or webinars, events or any other non-physical products on the Steel Store are non-refundable.
