Shipping policy

Fulfillment processing time

Orders placed on or before 5:00pm EST are typically processed and shipped the next business day. 

Modifying or Cancelling an Order (updated)

Any change or modification will require your original order to be cancelled. A request for cancellation must be sent by email no later than 2 hours from time of order. In order to request a cancellation of your existing order, please send your email request to steelstore@cisc-icca.ca from the email used for the order along with your order number. The SteelStore will do its best to stop and cancel the order and will confirm by email the outcome. Please note that cancellation requests received after 8:00pm EST Monday to Friday, weekends and holidays will not be processed until the next business day.

The CISC and the CISC SteelStore cannot stop, cancel, modify or hold an order already in the fulfillment process.

Right to Cancel an Order

The CISC and the CISC SteelStore reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Shipping method

The CISC Steel Store ships using Canada Post and other carriers. We cannot accommodate orders to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Returns to warehouse due to incorrect addresses, non-receipt or use of post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses will incur full shipping and restocking costs. 

The shipping cost is determined by your location and will be displayed at checkout. Refer to International Shipping below for further details on shipments to the USA.

Shipping Delays

The CISC Steel Store is not responsible for delays. We do the best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.

COVID-19 Advisory

Please note that purchases may be delayed as a result of business interruptions or due to local regulations regarding COVID-19. We are doing our best to project any potential delays in shipments on our product pages. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.

International Shipping (updated)

The CISC Steel Store delivers to Canada and continental USA only. Please note, the CISC Steel Store is not responsible for duties, brokerage fees and any other fees or costs incurred associated with the delivery of your order.

Orders placed for areas outside of Canada and continental USA will be cancelled by the SteelStore.

Tracking

An email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has shipped.

Stolen orders

The CISC is not responsible for lost or stolen orders once it leaves the warehouse.
