Digital License Transfer Service Fee

This fee covers administration and license fees related to re-issuing a license key for a paid and current digital subscription product in the case of a computer hard drive failure. This service is only available when approved by the CISC.

Notes:

1. Available only in the case of a hard drive failure and approved.
2. One transfer only permitted per digital license in period of subscription.
3. Original licensed computer in subscription will be permanently disabled.
4. Valid for PC computers only (digital subscription do not work on MACs, smart phones or servers).
5. Not available for all products.
